Blueprint is a specialist consultancy that creates business intelligence, performance management and financial planning systems, and data warehouses. We help our customers make better use of a strategic resource: the data they own.

Blueprint develops tools that combine and analyse data in new and creative ways, giving them the power to make better-informed decisions and manage their performance more effectively.

Blueprint’s business intelligence systems provide valuable insights by answering important business questions, ranging from the complex (such as ‘how profitable are our clients?’) to the deceptively simple (for example ‘how many people do we employ?’). Our performance management systems help organisations to measure progress again their strategies and goals, from basic KPI monitoring and reporting to more sophisticated approaches such as ‘Balance Scorecard.’ Our financial planning systems encompass budgeting, forecasting, capital, headcount, project and resource planning processes. Blueprint-designed data warehouses structure and hold data in formats that provide the best possible results. They are the foundations of information systems.
