Our customer has strict policies regarding the risk profile of its clients’ investments. Because the bank employed a number of different systems to record risk events, its managers were spending too much time collating data on risk, rather than actually managing it.

Working closely with the bank’s reporting team, we were able to build a consolidated database that generated a suite of reports; identifying clients who were in need of attention.

Now, risk and client relationship managers can easily identify issues immediately, without having to trawl through a transactional system.
