The main challenge for the group was to be able to get at performance management information in a more dynamic, useful way. Whilst their systems captured huge amounts of data they were not able to provide vital trend information.
Blueprint worked closely with Hyde to fully understand their requirements for true performance-management information. Grouping key reporting themes and representing them to the business through dashboards and scorecards.
Users are now able to explore dashboards easily and therefore quickly react to business issues.
