The borough required an efficient means of providing parking information to a large audience - all with varying needs.
Blueprint we able to provide them with a datamart which consolidated all information from Civica Parking Enforcement System into a single reporting database. Our utilities and BusinessObjects technology is now used for ad-hoc and scheduled reporting and distribution.
The solution means that non-technical staff are now able to produce their own reports with minimal training or supervision. Management can now
act faster and make decisions based on solid information.
