The Agency needed to develop an application able to allow users to create reports using Business Objects against a Lotus Notes environment. These reports were necessary to track enquiries and monitor projects in order to set priorities in investment future projects.
A suite of Business Objects universes and reports were developed against the Lotus Notes environment. The solution maximised on using this front end technology so that end-users had a consistent look and feel. But with the reporting infrastructure behind it to support WDA's current and future requirements.
