Swansea's new care management system allowed for basic reporting to monitor required government targets. However, they also needed to improve their understanding of client needs and how effectively they were being met.
Blueprint recognised a need to unify this care management system with other independent systems by building a new data warehouse.
Allowing them to deliver real time social services information, monitor trends, improve planning and reach their long term objective of fully understanding client needs.
Moving ahead, they will be able to use detailed analysis to understand the long term and changing needs of their client's across health, education and social services.
