The London Borough of Lewisham needed a reporting solution that allowed workers to easily review the quality of social care being provided. Their main priority was to introduce an automated distribution of personalised reports to individuals.
Blueprint implemented additional components of the Business Objects suite along with Blueprint utilities to enable the automated distribution of personalised reports.
The solution now manages payments and overspend by automatically producing exception reports. Invoicing and accounts can now correct errors before they multiply.
In addition, Senior Management now have full visibility of Key Performance Indicators.
