Course user type key

• End User Courses: These courses are for business users who use reporting technologies in their day to day roles.

• Technical Courses: These courses are for technical developers and designers or 'super- users' who need to develop, design or manage applications.

• Certification: These courses are part of an external certification and allow delegates to be become formally accredited.

• Pathways: These courses are unique to Blueprint and are specific learning tracks that combine relevant courses together. When a pathway is taken it ensures delegates achieve expert knowledge in their chosen area. Courses do not need to be taken consecutively allowing training to be planned around an individual's own schedule.
